Photo should be taken from the chest up, with a clear shot of the subject's face. It should be taken against a plain background, such as a wall. Only one person should be in the photo.

Photo Format: Photo must be in .jpg (or .jpeg) format. This is the most common format for digital cameras and smartphones.

Size / Quality: Photos should be of reasonable size. Don't make it too small! A picture taken with a smartphone should generally be sufficient.
